The Weekend Update
On Friday, I hung out with aubrey, an entertaining little fellow, and tried to work on doing a split with a dvd I bought. Stretching is no joke.
Late that night Sean came over and we went to sleep. That morning Aubrey wanted to say goodbye to Sean, his man-crush. We said goodbye, then decided to go to the vegetarian food festival. The line was hours long, so we went to Blossom du Jour and ate amazing vegan fast food—for me, my special, a vegan burrito, for sean, an amazing avocado, faux chicken, pesto sandwich, which he hated but I loved. We then cabbed it back, planning to work out in the gym. Ha that never happened. Instead we fell asleep. I woke up earlier than Sean and practiced imitating pole moves from these crazy superhero-esque pole dancers I found online through a secret pole dancing facebook group. Then I got ready to go out on the town. We went to Webster Hall, because we had nothing better to do. Sean commented that it reminded him of a party where the kids parents aren’t home and all the kids have a party, like in Risky Business et al. There was great people watching, since it is a 19 and over club, so there were so many girls with an x on their hands, meaning they couldn’t drink. The lights and fog machines were going like crazy so it was really quite entertaining. There were go go dancers and a guy spinning around in a wheel like crazy. You can’t go wrong.
On Sunday I read my ebook about fruitarianism, ate food, etc, said goodbye to sean, took a bath and read a different book in the bath, practiced strength exercises, and generally thought to myself and laughed about the night before. I also thought about what I want to do for my birthday. I came up with an idea.
